Why I Joined Fire/EMS
Was raised into the Fire Service. Had family and friends envolved.
Why I Love Fire/EMS
It's been good to me, joining at a young age. Other than the old, "I like helping people" alot of my good qualities came thru my involvement in the Fire Service.
Top Issues Facing Responders:
Recruitment, Retention, lack of education, finances. Of course, this is the opinion of a small FD chief.
