bylaws for technical rescue teams

I have become the deputy coordinator for the newly formed county rescue team and the first item to we need to establish is a set of bylaws. We sure could use some input from any brothers or sisters involved in this specialized team work on how their bylaws read. we are still in the beginning phase and could use all the help we can get. Thanks
