I have taken the EMT-Basic course and I am certified, took the Firefighter one course but did not test out. I will continue to try and enroll into firefighter one.

About Me:

I am 18 years old and will soon be 19 years old. I am on the road to getting my GED and continue with the Fire service. I am currently in a relationship with a fellow firefighter and we have been dating for almost a year now. Firefighting has become my priority and want to advance it. I am a hands on learner, work better with peers then independantly.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I joined the fire department because I knew it would be a great experience for me. Joining the fire department is the best thing that I have ever done in my life. I love to help my community and my fellow crew. It's like one big family and the fire department has taught me a lot through out the year and I am hoping I can turn it into a career.

Why I Love Fire/EMS

I am around a lot of people I like and I enjoy protecting my community and helping out my department.
