- About Me:
- I started in the fire service as soon as I was allowed to join a department at age 21. I worked with EVFD for 2 1/2 years and trained for a first resonder cert after attaining that I joined Columbia Falls Volenteer Ambulance in 2001, trying to maintain responses for 2 departments proved to be too much so I chose EMS. 3 years ago we changed the name of the ambulance service to Three Rivers EMS to reflect our service area wich includes 6 towns and 3 other fire service ares totaling 5000 square miles.

- Why I Joined Fire/EMS
- I know this sounds like a lot of other peoples but I really had an overwelming desire to serve my fellow man. I am also and adrinline junkie.

- A childs smile, and the rush
- Top Issues Facing Responders:
- Collecting from our customers, medicad, medicare, and other insurance companys. Keeping up with our customer base growing faster than we can provide required services. The aging of America which increases our call volume.

Dont ya all just love agency politics? Next week is elections for our department I am so not looking foward to it.
