About Me:

For nearly 8 years I have been call-taking/dispatching for law enforcement, of those 8 I have also dispatched Fire for 5 1/2 years and EMS for apprx 2 years. My current position is as a Fire / EMS dispatcher. Because my background is much is heavy on the law enforcement side, I feel at a disadvantage and/or not as well-equipped for dispatching Fire / EMS because I am not nearly as familiar with procedures used by Fire/ EMS responses.
