Why I Joined Fire/EMS

There was a time when Waterville, Maine had these ugly yellowish/green firetrucks ( horrible...I know). They were leaving the barn as I was stuck in the intersection waiting,..it occured to me,...this is what I want to do......that and the battery operated lights and sounds fire helmet I had as a kid :)
