About Me:
I started as a Volunteer Fireman with a local department when I was 18, from there I went on to our premiere air-medical service San Antonio AirLIFE, where I now serve as the Director of Information Services. I have been a member of our Regional/State Rescue Team for a little over 8 years, during my deployment for Katrina, I decided I wanted to do something to showcase Firefighters outside of the Firegound and disastrous scenes. So about a year ago, I started producing The Firehouse Cook-off, a reality cooking show that lets Fire Service Members compete for a $10,000 Cash Prize and a Cookbook Publishing deal. My goal is to have the show picked up by Food Network. That will allow me to help the greatest number of Firefighters' Families (were doing something special for a Fallen Firefighter's family at the end of each season)
