So far my training has been limited to weekly drills, as I am new to the department and scheduled to go through Firefighter 1 in the early spring. I have learned a great deal from the department - SCBA training, HAZ MAT, search and rescue, etc. I plan to continue my training and am interested in getting a non-comercial (Q restriction) liscence for the truck.
About Me:
I'm afraid I'm not very interesting.
Relationship Status:
Married
Why I Joined Fire/EMS
I'm very new to the department, but there seems to be a common mentality among firefighters - the inherent desire to help others. It is extreemly rewarding to know that I am part of something important.
Why I Love Fire/EMS
at any given time I could be responsible for saving someone.
