I have moved around to several departments now over the past couple of years, but I am hoping to finally settle down with one department in the near future. I am finally done with college and have found a job that I love, now I just have to find a town that I can afford housing in.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I grew up with family that did fire, ems, and worked in the Emergency Department. I have also always felt a strong need to volunteer in my community and this is one of the primary ways that I am doing it today.

Why I Love Fire/EMS

making a difference in a persons life, even if it only for a few moments.

Lack of people to help cover their communities and lack of employers releasing members of departments to go on emergency calls.
