About Me:: I love to play rugby, hockey and golf.......There is nothing like laying a good hit on someone.....I coach girls hockey, and no I am not a creapy weirdo....I coach my 2 girls.......But there is nothing like sitting down in front of the fire pit in the backyard and sipping on a glass of single malt scotch.......My mother is from Scottland and grew up in Newfoundland so I am part Scottish and part Newfie, so I love a good Scottish kitchen party with some "Great Big Sea" pumping in the background with a glass of scotch or Newfie Screach to numb my senses......I also play a mean set of spoons........

Why I Joined Fire/EMS: To give back to my community, meet some of the men and women in my community that share the same intrests in volunteering as firefighters/EMS , learn something new and the adventure and rush of it all.......
Oh Yeah.......And save the babies and kiss the women.....Just kidding......

Why I Love Fire/EMS: I get to drive in the big red truck with the bright red lights and sirens.......

I'm doing that SP-100 course, and love it so far. Tonight it's pumps and hoses, later in the weekend it's helicopter stuff.
