Retired US Army Master EOD Officer. Spent 8 years in the US Army Security Agency (strategic intelligence). 15 years as Emergency Programs Manager for the Brazos River Authority. Past President of the International Association of Emergency Managers and the American Society of PRofessional Emergency Planners, Past Vice President of the Emergency Management Association of Texas, and Past Board member of the Texas Gulf Coast Emergency Management Association. International Certification Commissioner for the last nine years.
