About Me:

I started out as a first responder. While taking those classes I joined the fire department. Upon finishing those classes I started classes to become an emt-basic due to a shortage in our town. After finishing those classes I started my firefighter 1 class. Unfortunately after this class ended I let my emt cert laspe. (dumb) I was recently elected by my dept to be a captain. Thanks guys. That's roughly it.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

At first it was just for something to do. But it turned into so much more. Now I couldn't imagine being anything but a firefighter.

Why I Love Fire/EMS

the rush when the pager goes off and knowing that I am going to help other people.
