About Me:
I am currently enrolled in a 4 year university getting my Bachelors of Psychology. I Volunteer with the Fire Department and our CERT team. (Community Emergency Response Team) and hand out commodities every month to needy families. My current occupation is being a Caregiver. I take care of my mom. I love my family very much and happy to have made it on the Deans List with a GPA of 3.85 At Argosy University.
I love helping people and this is an honorable way to show you care about your community, plus I have made some awesome friends!
Why I Love Fire/EMS
my passion to save someones life but with that being said, you cant save them all.
Top Issues Facing Responders:
Not enough funds to get gear needed and some lack of training. Sometimes, not enough people to respond to a call because almost everyone has other jobs, so they aren't available for calls.
Hey Cristina!!! No apologies necessary, family comes first. Hope none of your calls were too catastrophic. We've been quiet at our station lately (Uh-oh!!!!! I just put the whammy on us by saying the "Q" word--LOL!). Hope to chat with you soon.
