I just saw your comment on my profile about all my training, the way I view training is...everything around us is constantly changing so why aren't we. With continuous training in different areas, I have been able to bring many of those fields together blending techniques & have found different methods & approaches to solving some of the issues we face everyday in our duty. Some of my friends that have also taken a lot of the training classes that I have listed, can look at the same problem i see & use the knowledge that they have gained & figure out a totally different solution. I think it does pay to stay on top of training.

p.s. If you look through the discussions I have posted, you will find one from about a year ago with links to tons of websites that offer free online training classes. Most of them offer printable certs. (That's where I received most of mine.) Best of luck!!!
