About Me:

My parents joined the WLVFD when I was fourteen. I became a junior firefighter and fell in love with EMS. I love the fire department and our members. Our department is an amazing family. (2008 Fire Department of The Year! =D) We work hard and play hard and go through everything together. I am currently in the process of becoming an EMT and nurse. I am a college freshman at Calhoun College and my main goal is to become an on-flight critical care medic.

Day Job:

I work for a Christian-based non-profit organization 9-5 and am also a student.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

My parents joined our local volunteer fire department, WLVFD Station 22, when I was fourteen. I am now a freshman in college and active in the same department, where my dad is captain. I love helping people! I am eager to complete my training to become an EMT, and eventually an on-flight medic.

Why I Love Fire/EMS

I love the family atmosphere and helping people.
