About Me:

I am 25 and recently became and EMT-B I am a probie volunteer with New Haven Adams Township Fire/EMS and I LOVE it. Just something about hearing the tones go off and not knowing what's gonna happen...I have 2 little boys who are 4 and 2 and inherited 2 more boys who are 12 and 9 (my bf's kids ;D). My boyfriend is a paramedic, so it's nice to have someone to talk to about my shifts who knows what I am talking about and why I am so excited! This is all new to me and I am hoping to get all the learning experience that I can. I am alson in school fto become an RN and some day be a trauma and flight nurse. We weill see where life takes me. Hopefully in the near future I well be starting classes to be a firefighter as well..

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I have always been interested in being an EMT and then in the summer of 2009 my youngest son was choking and we had to call EMS because I couldn't help him. He eventually got it down or up and was fine, but to see all of the people who were there to help us was amazing to me, and I wanted to be a part of it.
