I am a 4th generation fire fighter, I have been on my department for 5 years. We are a paid on call fire department. I also work for a company that sells and services fire equipment.

I joined the fire service because I love to help people and have been involved with the fire service since I was young.

Top Issues Facing Responders:

In my area currently is community support, then there's also people who don't pay attention while driving. People need to slow down while we are working on the side of the roads and they need to pay attention when the siren and lights are going.
