I think the deck gun on the engine would be better then the 1 3/4" hose that I bet someone pulled off this company. One hose that should be pulled off is the 2 1/2" I see in the hose load at the back of the company. I bet that the last time that was pulled off was to change the hose load. I don't mean to just point out this problem at this department. I bet that many of you reading this cann't remember the last time you pulled off the 2 1/2" hose and drilled with it. I see all to often in the fire magazines guys pulling off or using an 1 3/4" hose when 2 1/2" would be better for the job, just look for yourself.
