Around here gender means nothing when it comes to fighting fire, we are all equal, and have the ability to be a leader. when you show up at a fire ot the hall the way i look at it your no longer a "Female" your a firefirghter we all fight the fire and save lives. sex and race have nothing to do with it. i hope im not babbleing, i hope this helped, but on the ther hand i also see where a guy would not like it cause you are a very pretty young lady and we as guys would hate to see anything happen to ya.
but that gives the guys no reason to tell give ya any type of crap about you being a chief or a leader.
