The fire department from Fighter wing Skrydstrup won the national Danish championship for firefighters this weekend. The competition was held in an amusement park called Bonbonland. The competition was hard. The crew won all 3 events. The 3 events are: Outlaying of hoses for teams, bucket brigade and obstacle course race for a single competitor. Our fire brigade won all events. The fire brigade was awarded with tickets for the amusement part to a value of $ 4000. The tickets will be donated to a fond that takes care of children that was hurt during a fire in a local firework-factory 5 years ago.
