We have used this in Havelock, NC as training. It does take a lot of communication and is not as easy as it may look.

These pictures only tell part of the story. I know because I took them. What's missing is the amount of communication, verbal team work, and pure energy and determination that was involved by a group of the most enthusiastic Jakes you will ever meet. The Captain that orchestrated this drill, as well as the Jake who posted these pictures, are two of the most dedicated individuals in the fire service to firefighter safety. 2nd Asst. Chief Arthur Hayden of the Erma, NJ Fire Company, and Captain Dale Gentek of the Wildwood NJ Fire Department have spent countless hours of tireless effort ensuring local firefighters are instructed to the highest degree on firefighter safety, and RIC development and proceedures. Two truely outstanding Jakes who deserve much credit for their concern for firefighter safety. Here's to ya guys!
