Ever needed someone to help and all you have are bystanders? I had 3 pts and it seemed like I was alone for hours listening to the sirens coming. My ejected pt was FUBAR'ed and then I had an unresponsive and an idiot that was also in the wreck. All survived somehow. My ejection was flown and was broken from head to toe!
