The driver engineer failed the apply the parking brake. The bay floor was built with a slope in it, so it rolled out of the station and across the street into the pond. It really sucks that the station is also home to HQ. Now all of the stations for the city of speed bumps in the bay doors now.

Oh wow, that never looks good! What the hell happened? Ditch it to avoid running over a firehouse dog? :) Had to be fun pulling that rig out!
