Look at other organizations also for ideas, Try and include something that represents your district such as the emblem from your County, Shire or alike; You will need permission to do this. Just remember if you design one, there will be members that won't be satisfied, you cant please every body al the time. There are members that also design Fire T Shirts they may be able to assist.
