Kevin, hows it goin bud? Sorry I havnt gotten back to you, been away from the computer for a while. You know how it is LOL. Anyway, The 100' stick can be a bit intimidating at first, cant it? Best advice I have for you is just to keep climbing it man. Climb it as every chance you get. Learn every detail you can about the truck. Learn all the specs about what that ladder can really do. When you realize how many amazing things they can do, you will prolly have more confidence in it. As far as your footing goes, Just make sure you always have 3 limbs on the ladder. That way, even if you lose your footing, you will be alright for a lil bit. If you are working off that ladder for anyreason for an extended period of time, Lock your leg in on the rung. That will give you a sure footing no matter what. If you havnt done so already, Try this on a regular ground ladder, Climb up bout half way, lock your leg in, let go and lean back as far as you can. It gives you alot of confidence when you realize you wont go anywhere. Stay safe Brother
