Top Issues Facing Responders:

Lack of new members and all that damn yearly traing that you only need 1 time. If you dont no that if its wet,sticky , and not yours, you may need gloves you need think twice about being a firefighteror EMT .In my house there is also a click that has formed and we are in the prosses of getting rid of this nasty cancer, but it is not easy! you get a few rookies trained and now they mistake there recent traning for REAL KNOWLAGE the shit you get ONLY in the field. In my opinion you can have all the training in the word but till you use it and understand it you DONT have it.These rookies want to remove over 75 years combined knowlage in our officer core not gonna happen.
