About Me:

First started out as an Explorer 18 years ago. Became an advisor at 21. Chose not be a career FM but rather pursue my career in the Equestrian Industry, which I remained until November of 2010. Now I am a photographer snapping pictures of anything that moves, including fire (of course)!

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I may not be a FT FF or FM. However I am a volunteer, but not a typical one. An Advisor is my title. I help young adults understand as teenagers what Firefighting is all about! I love my 'job' with them. Have been in there footsteps once before it's so important to them that I am a hand holder when needed and yet a cheerleader to keep them pushing!!
