The pipe band just won overall at the Loch Norman games. They are starting the Scotland County Scottish games in October, looks like it should be a great set of games. Well thats still very cool. There are a few games in SC- Charleston, Clover, and I think there is one more I think. We do mostly the NC games but are looking for different ones to attend. Looking at your photos I think I've been by your station before, but I don't remember you being there( I would have remember that). All right Good luck again on the accreditation and Be Safe. Talk to you later.
Ouch, that hurts! Sarah, your right and I am looking at retiring in a couple of years. Cant believe I am here after what seems like such a short ride. Thankful for where I'm at but not ready to hang up the helmet yet.
Nice job with all the hard work. A PHD that is awesome. Good luck with that.

My name is Adel and I am trying to figure out what products are best for female firefighters. I have worked as a firefighter for only three years so I am just getting started. Currently I am a student at Eastern algerinne University in in the Fire & Safety Engineering Technology Program. Although I have only been a firefighter for three years I have had my fair share of small gloves that were still too big and pants that went up to my belly button! I was wondering if you could take the time out of your busy schedule to share some of your favorite/best fitting/most functional products for female firefighters. Weather it’s an awesome fitting pair of pants, A polo shirt that has sleeves that do not go down to your elbows, a pair of great gloves, or boots that have an awesome fit. It would be greatly appreciated if you could share your opinions with me. Thank you very much. Please feel free to e-mail me back at adel_pomper@hotmail.com or leave me a comment
Hey Sarah thanks for the add. Good luck to you and I hope you win it. So tell me, which is more work, the Ph.D or the contest? Both are impressive and I'm willing to bet you intimidate the hell out of a lot of people.
Jack

I'm still buried in work, but it pays the rent.
Hunkering down for the bad weather this afternoon and finally getting a weekend off.
I'll check out the pix from the Salka-Lasky weekend.
