Why I Joined Fire/EMS
was kind of a family thing. my grandfather was a firefighter, my mother an EMT so i was kind of born into it

the feeling you get when you know that you have helped someone eles.also because of the brotherhood.

staffing (recruitment and retention). the decline of vol has really had an impact on the fire service
