Why I Joined Fire/EMS: At first I just needed a job, but then, I got bit by the bug. I've been doing it forever and I love it. It's the greatest job in the world.
Why I Love Fire/EMS: It's the ultimate rush. I love fighting fire and rescueing people. I have a huge extended family and I'm part of a brotherhood stronger than steel. What's not to love????

Well thank you! I do love to ride my horse. It's been pretty hot here to. We've actually been kinda busy lately though, had a house fire a semi truck fire a car fire and a wildland fire that we've had guys on since yesterday at 6. I will be going out there on the next crew.

Hey Jim nice pictures , I'm a firefighter from out Belgium an I have visit the USA two times , the first tim in station seven at Jacksonville where i'm live seven days white other firefighters en second time I whas on hollyday at Jacksoville ,orlando ,Kissime,and other city's whit my friend John Knoll firer chief at Jacksonville Florida at station 22.

Can you explain why you only have females on your friends list and yet are married and have 3 kids? It disgusts me that people on this site will preach about equality in the fire service than then take on a predatory role in hounding the females as soon as they join. Get a grip

Engineco913. Get a life. Yes I am married. Yes I have 3 kids. I haven't tried to hide this or anything else. I pick who I want to invite as friends. If they feel I am worthy, they accept. If not, it's their choice. The fact that I choose more women than men only means I like women better. Duh!!! I'm a man. If I was a predator, I wouldn't have posted my family pictures or pictures of myself or the facts of my life. Are you mad because I'd rather communicate with women or are you jellous? Or, just a thought...are you gay???

Your default photo is of you and your wife! It's not like you are trying to hide that you are married. Also, your comments have been above board....i.e. nothing sexual. So I don't have a problem with who you pick as your friends. I guess that other poster either misunderstood you or was having a bad day.

Thank ya! =) My mom, sister, and I have stuck together the past 2 years through the divorce and all. Nothing can break the bond between us 3. No matter what my mom or sis will do I will love them no different than i do now, I forgive and forget. We hit a lot of rough patches and I watched my grandparents turn their back to my mom (their own flesh and blood). It was then I learned Love runs thicker than blood. I now have an incredible step dad in my life and one day hope to call him dad. My dad and I never got along, we are doing a lil better now but that comes in spurts. Hope all is well with you and your family! Stay safe out there! Congrats on being fill in LT.! We got no calls at my station tonight (told ya so) haha. Talk to ya later!
