The Lions Carnival begins Monday July 11- Saturday July 16. All Firefighters need to attend some that week. AUX can also. We will wear our navy shirts and navy pants. This will count for our training this month.

Thank everyone for all the help on the calls today. It took everyone to get it to come together. 22 thank you so much for getting your team together. If you did not get your radio taken care of today get with Pete to have this done. We have four new channels that will help us. We will go over this in our July meeting. Also AUX we have our Fur life kit on the new truck ready to go! Thank you again. Our July meeting will be on Thursday the 7Th. AUX 6pm, Officers at 7pm, Meeting at 7:30pm.

We will have a small project to do Tuesday June 28 around 6:30pm.We need to repack the 5 inch hose on the new truck. And try to get two more rolls on it. I will have radio's set off Monday.

The Auxiliary is inviting our fire fighting family to a cook out on June 17th @ 6:30pm at the fire department. Hope to see you all there! ~Dawn

Chautauqua will be starting June 17,2011-June 25,2011. There is a copy of the schedule at the firehouse on our board for who will be staying over each night. Also we will need help each night in the park for the shows.

All WVFD Firefighters will need to get their radio's to Pete H. at the Firehouse on Thursday June 30, 2011 between the hours of 7AM and 6PM to be reprogrammed to the FCC mandated Narrow Band standard. Also we will be adding a channel to help us out in the Stoney Fork area.
