HELP!!!
Hey guys i was a member of explorer post 5 and i need some help on recruiting if you have and sugestions or any advice could you give it to me. my post is starting to fade a little bit and i would like to see the post grow so i could use some advise if anything.

go to your local high schools and have a presentation that shows what you do and that they will have a job when they get out. or go talk to the juvenile courts and offer the program as a turn around point to them. have trips or a day out of the summer to do activities around town. my post helps the department out with their sparky fire prevention program and we have sixth graders wanting to join up
