Where is everyone from??? I'm in Allegheny county, and I belong to North Fayette fire department.

I am in NE Central IN, and currently inactive. Seems the only area in the country where volunteers are on a list waiting for someone to retire. If anyone from Kansas reads this I would like info about emergency lighting (strobes, led's, alternating headlights) on P.O.V.'s - as in is it allowed legal and all. Thanks!!!
