Incident Reports
I am sure that we have seen some form of Incident Report. Some good, some bad. For those that use the reports to enter NFIRS data, the good reports help a lot, the bad reports are frustrating.
Our department is undertaking the take of recreating our incident reports. If you are willing to share, can you post a copy of your incident report that is created on scene? If not, can you give some ideals about how your reports are organized.
