Hey Barry,
I attend the Cody Fire School every year in Cody Wyoming. Its a great school to go to and they cover everything from extrication to forcible entry, ventilation tactics, rope rescues, car fires, propane fires....you name it they got it. Its a blast and you get to meet firefighters from all over. They usually host it around the end of April to the beginning of May here. So I hope you enjoy your fire school theis year. Hey central nebraska fire scholl is may 20-22. I'm taking ropes and rescue this year. But the school ofers just about any thing you would want to do. Have fun and let us know how yours went.

Hey haven't been on here in a while but I took the Heavy Extrication class at fire school.It was a good class.Alot of cribbing and using jacks and airbags.I took an air chizzle and cut the side of a school bus with it.We've had 4 runs since 12:30 last night and now its 3:20 in the afternoon.We've been busy.

sorry taken so long to reply but I took Heavy Extrication at Fire School and Swift Water awareness.The extrication was better.lol can't wait to go again next year I'm thinking about doing rope rescue myself.I'm a big guy though so I don't know I been thinking about it very seriously though.
