does your department have any SOG'S? I would look at your SOG's first. i can tell you our rules if you need help.

SOG's yea right our department has none we just received our tools for extrication a couple years ago and nothing was never done with SOG's.

my dept has very little as far as sog's or rules for a competition.check out 29fire.org.they are a dept in my county that anually runs an extrication competition here in new jersey, they might be able to help you out
