Folks,

I'm looking for an Incident Safety Checklist - the kind of checklist a Safety Officer could use during a working fire which
would alert you to the signs of potential building collapse or the
changes in fire stages (smoke color, intensity) etc...

In a volunteer department, you may not always have a certified Safety
Officer available for a working incident, so it would be great if such
a checklist were available to the Incident Commander.

Thanks for all your help and stay safe.  Feel free to email me also...
