Most of us take some form of multi-vitamin, but did you know that some brands may offer no more benefit than eating sawdust and chalk?

Most of the vitamins consumers use today are Synthetic, made in a laboratory. One example is vitamin C, which used to come from citrus fruits. What the Lab folks didn't know is that naturally derived citrus vitamin C has bioflavonoids, which are essential to our bodies in the absorbtion of the vitamin.

Some forms of calcium are derived from bleached coral. Unfortunately, this particular form of calcium is not suitable for human metabolism, so we are eating chalk. Those forms of calcium we can uptake require Magnesium for absorbtion.

I will recommend that if you are concerned you are not getting the full benefit of your supplement, ask the manufacturer for a certificate of assay. If they are reluctant to give you one, you might want to find a company who will. Here are two.

I am not associated with these companies in any way although I am a customer. I believe their products are superior top most of those on the shelves in stores.
