Shift schedules ??

I've had contact with different agencies throughout this state, and seems like everyone has a different schedule type. What type do you have ? and What are the pro's and con's ? Its your time to cuss and discuss, give me your feed back. You may be the one to change someones mind.

I currently work a 24/48( during the week ) and 24/24 ( on weekend )and every 3rd weekend we have a 4 day break. I've worked everything from 5 out of 9 days with 6 days off ( LOVE those 6 days ), 3 out of 5 with 4 days off to straight 24/48. Not sure of the pro's and con's, but they seem to work for the department I was in at the time. OK its your turn.

we do 48 on and 96 off sometimes can be long 48 but hey you get 4 days off
