In Firehouse, Fire Hall,(the Canadian counterpart) as well as other media, Toppings death is being treated as LODD, while an extrication competition mightnot seem it, Training accidents and deaths are Line of duty and typically any event when the fire fighter would be covered by workers compensation...even if it doesnt nessisarily "feel" it, It is..
