For me, my favorite part a girl has a cancer and some underlying condition has to undergo a bizarre but dangerous procedure. She has to be dead within the 60 seconds (i forgot how long she is have to be dead). The O.R. has lots of LCD screen of an X-Ray of a girl and one LCD screen is manned by each doctor to spot where is the clot in the brain. The fluid has to be drained and put back again in that short time frame. The usual, Dr. House orchestrated that procedure. They found the clot. I think the title of that episode is "Autopsy."
