We are the most saturated county in Ohio with 4 type 2 teams. All the teams work very well together and basically can function as two geographic or one huge team if needed. We are starting a Type 1 team with members from all four teams. We will be one of only 3 or 4 in the state that will be trained, most are already, to a higher level and specializing in WMD. What sort of team typing do you have, or do you even use that system.

SC is morphing from the current system with COBRA/WMD teams that are seperate from the local hazmat teams. However, it worked out that there is a lot of overlap. In the interests of both efficiency and national standardization, we're going to the FEMA team typing. Our team is working on moving from our current Type II team for hazmat and Basic team for COBRA into a single Type I team.
will you be using tankers or tenders for supplying water for the decontamination process...
Tankers, hydrants, the ocean - whatever is handy. :-)
