NFPA Complacent - When a department (or individual) has achieved some (past) level of compliance they have achieved as much as they feel they need too - hence they are now NFPA complacent.

Bleves had an instructor Kent (scrape iron ) call it Blast Levels Everything Very Effectively have never seen one other than on training videos thank God for that

Talking about BLEVE's, how about coming up with a term for a ventilator fan for Haz-Mat suits that vents for life after a long night of Baked Beans and Hot Dogs? Any ideas? lol
