The Social Network & Community JUST for Firefighters
New Instructor with lots of new guys..
I'm a fairly new instructor, with a lots of newer guys, been hitting the basics pretty hard and now i seeing some if not all of them starting to get bored with it. Need some new ideas and twist on how to start making the basics fun but practical.

Congrats on the new gig! I'm familiar with your situation. Anytime I need to find some new materials or instruction methods for firefighter training I go to this website. They have a plethora of different resources you can use either literally or just for inspiration, and they keep it up to date with all the newest and greatest methods and rules, etc.
