Hope everyone is staying safe out there.

Real easy recipe: Melt butter in saute pan - 1 stick. Keep in mind I do not measure anything but that. When butter melts down saute diced shallotts until they are translucent and maybe 1 clove diced garlic - more if you like. Then add diced prosciutto and saute a couple of minute.
Add the vodka - and be generous. Let alchohol cook off then add marinara sauce. Homemade preferably but when in a hurry you can use a good jar sauce.
Bring sauce up to a medium temp and slowly stir in heavy cream until the sauce turns a pinkish color. Then add a good amount grated parmesean cheese, throw in an extra shot of Vodka (or two, three like I do :) and let simmer for 20 min or so. Your done.

Use with Penne or rigatoni, little garlic bread on the side, maybe some pinot to wash it all down. Let me know what you think!
