1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 small onion
1 cup water
2-3 tsp chili powder
pinch salt, pepper, garlic
2 cups salsa
1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
10 flour tortillias
1 can corn
4 cups cheese

cook meat & onion. drain then add water, corn, chili powder, garlic , salt & pepper
place 1/4 salsa in greased pan, layer tortillia, layer meat. keep repeating until all ingredients uesd. heat & serve. reap the compliments!
again you'll have to tweak for the amount of people you have.

Hey Chief !
I cooked the enchlada cassarole for the shift today , Great !
I tweeked it a bit ,I used turkey and sausage'cause I have a guy on shift that beef will torture his gut . I used sharp cheddar as well . It was great ,nothin' to put up, just clean the pan :) .
