hey guys, quick question. How do ya'll deal with people in your companies who just aren't professional. I'm a firefighter, so as far as finding a new career for the individuals in question it isn't an option. But when you have that fella who just irks the hell outta you, what suggestions do you have for what to do?

How long have they been with the department?
If they have been on the department less than a year you don't have to make them a FF. Report them to the Chiedf depending on the charge, or move they to a differnt station (depending on the lenghth of time in service). -

well we've been in the same amount of time unfortunately he's just trying to make a run for being noticed for promotion and he's alienating the rest of his company to get officer recognition.
