Last week our Fire Department got a new member. A second grader.
This is a special little boy, he probably will not see the third grade.
He has a cancer on the brain stem and he is in a wheel chair at this time.
We gave him a ride to school, along with his two brothers and sister, in a big fire truck. At school we gave him his own helment and bunker gear in frount of the second grade classes.

He has a pager, (979) 239-0357, that you can call and enter your zip code.

He has a web site also, so you can leave him a message:

If you get a chance, drop him a note and welcome him to the "brotherhood"

Thanks,

This is Andy again with an update on Peyton.
I ride with a group of bikers called the "Brazoria County Calavary" (brazoriacountycavalry.org).
Our main mission is to welcome home or send off people in the military. We also ride for Fire, Police and EMS.
Yesterday we had a ride for Peyton. He is now in the wheel chair and can't speak. Time is short.
At the gathering at his home, he was made a homary member of the Cav. and given a hat and vest to let everyone know he is one of us.
As I said, Time Is Short, so if you can, please go to his web site and leave a message.

Last update on Peyton. He passed away this morning. We don't have any details yet, but I think it will be in Humble..
Thank all of you that responded to his web page and welcomed him to the "Brotherhood"
