Career v vol

This debate could go on forever. It is like the debate over a 'foward/ reverse ' lay, everyone has their own ideas.
I have known people from both sides of the fence. My mentor said it right, "Do you have 5 years of training
or do you have 5-1 year training?"

Is it someones contention that the laws of physice is reversed for one group, fire burns down for one group and burns up for the other?

We have the same object, "Protect Life and Property"
