Willie as always any time you need a department to host a class please feel free to contact us our building is open for trainings.. Ill have to track down my schedules but i will be makeing one of them.. remember GRANT departments you stated you are NIMS COMPLIANT!!!!!!!! you need these.. Thanks for the update..
Willie just a friendly reminder, the smoke reading class in Salem is Nov.7 and D Day has John Sullivan coming to Salem on Nov.21. These classes have been set up since April and I hope that you guys just forgot when you set up nims for Nov.7& 8. I think this is going to cause problems for both classes, more so the nims than ours.
UUUUUMMMMMMMMMMMMMM could be maybe in a round about way i can not confirm nor deni said ok ok enough horse sh*t.. Yes that is what i am saying totally completely..
.
Nice catch verno
Kenny, All of the upcoming NIMS classes are being made available thru a grant program received by the EMA Office. The LEPC was not involved with these and the dates that were established. The Nov. 7 & 8 dates was from my understanding at the request of the Minerva FD. I will be attending the class in Salem. Like you said it may make it rough in making a decision as to which to attend, but they will need to determine where the priority is for them. Both trainings are important to the fire service and each can provide additional learning experiences and each should be supported to which one a person can attend.
I agree, and i thought it might be an oversight and i wanted to remind you. I didnt know you were not setting these up. I didnt want the county to be over taxed on training in Nov. because we both know how hard it is for some to commit to up coming classes. Thanks for the info.
The outside classes are the way to go... We have other chances at NIMS.
